When you're eligible
- The key fails to activate on a supported platform.
- The product was delivered incorrectly or the wrong region.
- The product is materially different from its description.
When you're not eligible
- The key has already been successfully redeemed.
- Buyer's remorse after activation.
- Purchase made in a region not supported by the product.
How to request a refund
Email support@cdkeydeals.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We aim to resolve all requests within 48 hours.
Replacements first
Where possible, we'll provide a replacement key before issuing a refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
